Estate Tall Fescue is a blend of two elite tall fescue cultivars – Currawong II and Lagertha. Tall Fescue is a little less tolerant of the cold and shade than other varieties and it struggles in winter with handling high traffic. Removal of foreign grasses is difficult and if you like to mow your lawn short, then this grass seed variety is not for you as it performs a lot better with a mowing height of 80-100mm in height.

Requires more lawn care maintenance to establish.
