The site resembled a jungle when we first began working at this Headlands location. First up, our lawn care team applied herbicide to eliminate existing vegetation. Once this was complete, the dead vegetation was removed with a bobcat, and the site was roughly prepared. The soil was then rotary-hoed and levelled with a tractor. Our team then tractor-tilled the area thoroughly, including the edges, to prepare the soil for hydroseeding. We used Spartacus Rye seed for the hydroseeding application. To ensure optimal results and the successful establishment of the lawn, the client opted for a 12-month lawn care maintenance programme. The result is quite an improvement.
