Hamilton East Instant Turf

For this Hamilton East Instant Turf project, Lawn & Turf completed a full lawn preparation and turf installation to transform the outdoor space. Works began with a site spray to remove existing grass and weeds, followed by excavation, subgrade preparation and the import of 15m³ of topsoil to create an ideal base for the new lawn.

With some areas difficult to access, topsoil was carefully wheelbarrowed into place before final preparations were completed, and 75m² of Tall Fescue turf was laid. To define the space and separate the steppers from the lawn, we also installed 30m of timber edging and finished the area with lime chip, delivering a clean, functional and visually striking result.
