Kaipaki Lawn

Creating a stunning new lawn for this Kaipaki property involved creating a 3,000 m² lawn in two stages. Initially, the site was sprayed to kill existing vegetation. After the spray-off, a bobcat was used to move soil stockpiles and roughly level the area. Our compact tractor cultivated, levelled, and tilled the site while the rest of the team prepared the edges, ready for hydroseeding with Spartacus Rye seed. To ensure the lawn’s successful establishment and ongoing maintenance, the client opted for our annual lawn care maintenance programme.
