Returns/Refunds
Within 15 days of delivery, you may return an item you purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging untampered.
For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or because of a selection error. Please contact us via email or phone and we will organise with you to return the item. No material will be accepted, or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.
Lawn & Turf Contracting will replace any product that goes missing on the courier.
